We welcome cats and dogs of most breeds up to 50 lbs. Limit 2 pets per apartment home. We require a 1 time, $300 deposit and a $200 non-refundable fee per pet. Pet rent is $40 month/pet. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information.
